OCRACOKE, N.C.  A memorial parade was scheduled to remember the three workers who died when a truckload of fireworks exploded on Ocracoke, along North Carolina's Outer Banks. Hyde County spokeswoman Jamie Tunnell said the parade was planned for 3 p.m. today on the regularly scheduled parade route.
